My gluten free week
To help you with your gluten free diet we have developed an eating plan for the first week. It's important that your gluten-free eating is varied and balanced. It could be useful to start an eating diary. Note down all that you eat during the day, then you can easily check if you've done it all correctly! So you don't lose sight of the big picture, you should make a shopping list before you hit the supermarket and get carried away. Make sure that your list includes lots of fruit and vegetables.
