Meat balls with paprika

Meatballs of browned meat flavoured with Parmesan cheese, paprika and other spices; also good cold!

Ingredients

150 g Paniermehl - Breadcrumbs
15 g paprika powder
800 g mixed minced meat
2 eggs
1 bunch parsley
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
a little bit of salt and pepper
a little bit of frying oil

Preparation

  • In a tureen, mix together the ground meat with the salt, the pepper, the eggs, the Schär Bread crumbs, the chopped clove of garlic, the chopped parsley, the grated parmesan cheese, the paprika, the salt, and the pepper.
  • Knead everything together well with the hands and form large meat balls.
  • In a frying pan, heat a sufficient amount of oil and fry the meatballs until golden yellow in colour.
  • Drain and dry on a kitchen towel. Delicious hot or cold.
