A variety of sauces for your surprise party. Or more simply for delicious gravies.

Ingredients

Avocado and shrimp sauce:
2 tbsp
quark (cheese from pasteurized cow's milk)
a little bit of
ricotta cheese
2 tbsp
mayonnaise
1 medium
avocado
80 g (boiled and peeled)
shrimp tails
20 ml
lemon juice
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 pinch/es of
salt and pepper
Tzatziki Sauce:
250 g
unsweetened yoghurt
1
cucumber
1
clove of garlic
2-3
mint leaves
1 pinch/es of
salt and pepper
Spicy pepper sauce:
5 tbsp
mayonnaise
1
red bell pepper
1
hot pepper
1 tbsp
olive oil

Preparation

Preparing avocado and shrimp sauce:

  • In a blender put the pulp of an avocado and quark (or another soft cheese, like cottage cheese).
  • Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and blend until it is a creamy mass.
  • Pour the cream into a bowl and add the shrimp.

Preparing the Tzatziki Sauce:

  • Peel and cut into very small pieces the already peeled cucumber, garlic and mint leaves.
  • Put everything into a bowl with the yogurt, salt and pepper and mix well.

Preparing the spicy pepper sauce:

  • Chop the pepper and chilli peppers.
  • Mix everything well in a bowl with the mayonnaise.
  • Add olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
