Ingredients

For the dough:
250 g
1
egg
125 g

75 ml
water
4 tbsp
butter
1 pinch/es of

  • Prepare a short pastry base (see basic recipe for shortcrust pastry) and store it in the fridge.
  • Cut the apples into little pieces. Put oven parchment in a springform pan, sprinkle with butter and cover with sugar.
  • Arrange the apple pieces to form more layers. Preheat the oven to 250° C, place the pastry base over the apples and bake.
  • If the dough swells, reduce the temperature to 200° C. Bake for 15-20 minutes in all.
  • Let the tarte cool, then turn it onto a plate in such a way that the apples are on the top and remove the mould.
