Ingredients

vanilla sugar

egg yolks

candied fruit

Preparation

  • Sieve the flour mix onto the working surface.
  • Make a well in the flour and add the baking powder, the vanilla sugar, the salt, the whole egg, 2 egg yolks, the soft butter and the candied fruit.
  • Quickly work the ingredients into a pastry. Place the mixture in a greased and floured cake tin.
  • Using a fork make a grid on the pastry and brush with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven.
