These Biscotti are ideal even for those who cannot consume dairy or egg products!

Ingredients

250 g
50 g
vegetable margarine
50 g
icing sugar
1 pinch/es of
salt
100 ml
coconut milk
or
100 ml
soy milk
or
100 ml
rice milk

Preparation

  • Mix all of the ingredients together well and knead into a dough.
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, taking care not to roll it too thin, and cut out shapes with biscuit cutters of your choice.
  • Lay the Biscotti on a baking tray that has been covered with greaseproof paper (wax paper).
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C. (400° F. / gas mark 6) for about 10 minutes.
