A light delectation of sugar, almonds and egg white, quite easy to put together!

Ingredients

1 tbsp
125 g
almonds, chopped
100 ml
egg white
100 g
sugar

Preparation

  • Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks, slowly adding the sugar.
  • When the egg whites are stiff, add the almonds and the sieved flour.
  • Fill a pastry bag with the mixture.
  • Pipe individual macaroons onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof or silicone paper.
  • Bake in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes at 130-150°C (250 -300°F)  Gas Mark 1/2 – 2.
