Preparation

  • Make a pile of the flour on the work surface, and in the middle add the eggs, hazel nuts, baking soda, and the spices.
  • Knead until the dough is homogenous.
  • Then form small squiggles with the dough.
  • Place these on a greased baking tin that has been coated with flour and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
