Ingredients

1/2 cup
1 pound
minced meat

egg, beaten
1/2 ts(p)
garlic powder
1/2 ts(p)
salt
1/4 ts(p)
pepper
1/2 ts(p)
oregano
1/2 ts(p)
thyme

Preparation

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together. Set aside In large bowl, beat egg till well mixed. Add ground meat and dry ingredients. Mix well. Form into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter. Place in a baking pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, drain. Meat balls can be frozen or used right away with your favorite sauce or pasta.
