These Terms and Conditions govern the Loyalty Program of DR. SCHÄR SpA which allows participants to benefit from special discounts, offers and promotions.
By subscribing to the Loyalty Program and giving the relevant consent, the Participant agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1) Operator of the Loyalty Program is DR. SCHÄR SpA, Winkelau 9, 39014 Postal (BZ) - VAT ID IT00605750215 – certified email (PEC): dpo.drschaer@legalmail.it

2) The membership of the Loyalty Program is free of charge and limited to:
- individuals (i.e. excluding companies, associations and recognised groups of any kind whatsoever)
- citizens of full age who are resident in Italy, who have registered with this form and given their consent and who provide and maintain a valid e-mail address.
Employees of DR. SCHÄR SpA and DR. SCHÄR USA Inc are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Subscription to the Program is also free of charge and can only be made once. The Participant's account and status of the Program shall be individual and not transferable. The Participant shall be personally and directly liable for the accuracy of the data entered in the subscription form under the provisions of law and these terms and conditions.
3) The Loyalty Program and its benefits apply only to online purchases on the website https://shop.schar.com/ during the validity period from 06/20/2023 to 06/20/2027 (four years), except for any extensions provided for by the Operator and expressly communicated on the website https://www.schaer.com/en-us. The Loyalty Program enables access to discounts (under the conditions below) online on the website https://www.schaer.com/en-us using vouchers, as specified below.
The Program may only be revoked by the Operator pursuant to section 1990 of Italian Civil Code, with the relevant effects, by giving notice on the website. Revocation shall take effect 14 days after the date of publication.
The Operator reserves the right to amend the Promotions' rules and/or these Terms and Conditions by publishing the full text of the new conditions of subscription/membership on the website https://www.schaer.com/en-us/schaer-club-terms-conditions in compliance with law. The amendments shall take effect from the fourteenth day after publication on the website.
The Participant may freely withdraw from the Program at any time by cancelling his/her account.
4) For the subscription to the Program the Participant shall fully complete the registration form on the website https://www.schaer.com/en-us/user/register with the personal data and agrees to understand and accepts the specific conditions set out therein as well as expressly consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes set out. The Participant may only subscribe once during the entire period of validity of the Program. Following regular subscription, the Participant will receive an account (which may also be accessed by means of the App that can be downloaded from the website https://www.schaer.com/en-us) which shall be maintained for the entire duration.
In the event of cancellation of the account, for any reason whatsoever, the Participant's data shall be cancelled and the reward points ("Seeds") collected up to that moment shall be reset to zero;
5) The Participant may earn points (so-called Seeds) under the Program. Such points will be awarded according to the following scheme:
- upon the Participant's subscription or upon the first login as user already registered prior to the launch of the Loyalty program 50 Seeds
- upon the Participant's first login via the Schär Club Loyalty App to his account 50 Seeds
Each online purchase of products of any kind available on the website https://shop.schar.com/ will be rewarded, for each expenditure

Shipping costs and any other additional costs, including any tax charges, shall in any case be excluded from the purchase amount.
In the event of revoked orders or goods refused or returned to the sender, the Seeds awarded for the revoked or cancelled purchase shall be reset to zero. In the event of cancellation of the Participant's account, for any reason whatsoever, the Seeds earned up to that moment shall be reset to zero.
6) The Operator will provide on the website https://www.schaer.com/en-us the possibility for the Participant to download a specific app (called Schär Club Loyalty App) free of charge through which the Participant may gain discounts, check his Seeds status, convert them into vouchers and use them for further purchases, as specified below.
7) The Seeds awarded will be automatically attributed to the Participant's account and may be redeemed (as established below) 14 days after the online purchase.
The Seeds shall be valid for twelve months from the date of the Participant's subscription to the Program or the first login of a user already registered prior to the launch of the Program, with the completion of the forms referred to in point 4) above.
8) The Participant may redeem the Seeds awarded during the period of validity of the Seeds, and convert them via the Schär Club Loyalty App into vouchers, which may be used exclusively for the purchase of products available on the website https://shop.schar.com/.
Vouchers will be issued on the Schär Club Loyalty App, at the participant's request via the same App and in the form of an alphanumeric code. Vouchers may be worth 5 $ , 10 $ , 15 $ or 20 $ .
9) The Seeds will be converted using the Schär Club Loyalty App according to the following scheme:
50 Seeds = Voucher worth 5 $ 150 Seeds = Voucher worth 15 $
100 Seeds = Voucher worth 10 $ 200 Seeds = Voucher worth 20 $
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and may only be used online for the purchase of products available on the website https://shop.schar.com/ for amounts that are always higher than the voucher's denomination. Vouchers shall be valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
10) This commercial undertaking is governed exclusively by Italian law.
11) Any complaints shall be submitted by email to dpo.drschaer@legalmail.it within 15 days of the purchase to which the complaint refers. After the expiry date, the Participant may no longer lodge a complaint.
The Operator has established a dedicated help desk for feedback from Participants.
No complaints, remarks or objections made by the Participant with reference to the Operator's commercial choices (i.e. withdrawal of a product from the market, price variations, availability of certain products for online sale etc.) will be taken into consideration.
Any legal action between the Participant and the Operator shall be preceded by a mediation/conciliation pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 28/2010, as amended.
12) The Operator reserves the right to verify the validity of the subscription and the truthfulness of the personal data provided by the Participant. The Operator reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion, by cancelling the account, any Participant who acts in violation of these provisions or who engages in conduct that violates the provisions of Law relating to the Promotion and reserves the right to any legal action.
13) The privacy policy for the processing of personal data provided by the Participant is available on the website https://www.schaer.com/en-us/privacy.
14) This deed shall be deemed accepted and signed by the Participant upon the Participant's subscription.
