Our Community Guidelines

We strive to create an inclusive, engaging and constructive community through our Facebook and Instagram Brand pages.

We welcome feedback, new ideas and lively interaction which will help us to perpetuate the concept of inclusivity.

 

We do, however, reserve the right to remove any postings of a vulgar, profane, discriminatory, promotional or inappropriate nature.​
Below you can find some of the rules that we all follow, to ensure that Schär’s community is safe for everyone.

Be Kind and Courteous

We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness and openness are required.

No Hate Speech or Bullying

Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

No Promotions or Spam

Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed.

Respect Everyone's Privacy

Being part of this community requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make communities great, but some information users have may also be sensitive and private. Don’t share any details that you think might be private/sensitive, nor any personal data (such as phone numbers, full names, email addresses) in the public online space.

 

Users are fully responsible for the content and comments that they share on Schär’s social media channels, and Schär reserves the right to remove any content that goes against the rules stated above. Users that repeatedly go against these guidelines may be banned from the page.

Our main goal is to create a safe and inclusive community where people can share their thoughts and experiences for everyone’s benefit.
