    All Schär products used in these recipes are gluten-free and meet the legal limits (<20ppm).

    Low FODMAP - the term ‘FODMAPs’ stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides Disaccharides Monosaccharides And Polyols - carbohydrates (sugars) that are found in a range of different foods.

    Schär products used in these recipes have been certified as low in FODMAPs under the Monash University Low FODMAP Certification Program.
    Low FODMAP certified products do not contain ingredients classified as high in FODMAP.
    One serving of this product falls within the limits of the Monash University low FODMAP diet. A strict low FODMAP diet should not be commenced without prior supervision from a healthcare professional.
