Ingredients

hot water
75 g
butter
125 g
sugar

Preparation

Mix the sugar, egg and butter. Add the hot water and flour and mix well. Put 3 tablespoons of batter in the waffle iron and cook for 3 minutes. Roll the pastry disks into cones while they are still warm and allow them to cool in a glass.
