You can never go wrong with a steaming hot plate of pillowy potato gnocchi. They’re deliciously simple yet remarkably versatile. Hearty Italian comfort food at its finest. This recipe for gluten free gnocchi adds a pinch of nutmeg to produce gorgeously fluffy potato dumplings with an extra dimension of flavour. Twin with whatever style of sauce you fancy – a tomato ragu, a cheesy béchamel or a simple herb butter – they go with just about everything.
