Preparation

  • Put the flour in a casserole, in the middle add the sugar, baking powder, eggs, oil, salt, flavouring, and the grated lemon zest.
  • Mix well, cover with a cloth, and set aside for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out with any desired cookie cutters.
  • Lay the biscuits on a baking tin with ample space between them and bake in a preheated oven.
