Low fat French Toast
|8 slices||Artisan Baker White Bread|
|2 tbsp||low fat milk|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
- Separate eggs, reserve egg whites, discard the yolks.
- Beat the egg whites with the milk, cinnamon, vanilla: Lightly spray a frying pan with the cooking spray. Place over medium flame. Dip the bread one slice at a time in the egg mixture, then place in heated pan. Let the toast cook on one side for 2 – 3 minutes, turn once, and then remove from pan to serving dish.
- Repeat with remaining slices. Serve with fresh cut berries and a sprinkle of Confectioners’ sugar.
