This is the perfect way to use up your cornbread that might have gotten a little dry.
|3 cups||Bread Crumbs|
|3 cups||gluten free cornbread, crumbled|
|2 cups||chicken broth|
|3 stalks||celery, chopped|
|1 medium||apple, cored, peeled and chopped fine|
|1 large||chopped onion|
|1 tsp||sage, ground|
|1 tsp||sage, crushed|
|(to taste)||salt and pepper|
- Preheat oven to 350. Using spray oil to coat the inside of a baking dish.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Turn mixture into the baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
