Cornbread Stuffing

This is the perfect way to use up your cornbread that might have gotten a little dry.


3 cups Bread Crumbs
3 cups gluten free cornbread, crumbled
2 cups chicken broth
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium apple, cored, peeled and chopped fine
1 large chopped onion
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp sage, ground
1 tsp sage, crushed
(to taste) salt and pepper


  • Preheat oven to 350. Using spray oil to coat the inside of a baking dish.
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Turn mixture into the baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
