Snowflakes with a difference – you can eat them! With white chocolate, almonds and desiccated coconut, how could they be anything but delicious?

Ingredients

50 g
200 g
white chocolate
6 tbsp
ground almonds
8 tbsp
milk
2 tbsp
cream
80 g
butter
6 tbsp
coconut flakes

Preparation

  • Heat the cream in a bain marie (double boiler), add the butter, and then melt the chocolate in it. Stir well.
  • Break the zwieback into crumbs, sprinkle with the milk, and mix with the almonds and the chocolate mixture that has cooled slightly.
  • Chill for one hour.
  • Form small balls out of the chilled mixture and roll in grated coconut, chill again, and then put them into foil cups.
