This recipe makes the perfect little gluten free dinner rolls. They look great and they’re packed with goodness too, thanks to the protein and nutrient-rich sunflower seeds. Better yet, they’re an absolute breeze to make. Ideal as a side for soups, at dinner parties and during summer barbecues. Their compact size and firm crust also mean that they’re very travel friendly and so they’re an excellent idea for beach days and al fresco picnics. Simply spread butter generously and enjoy!
