Stop the press: here we have the best ever homemade gluten free hot dogs!

Ingredients

For the hot dogs:
300 ml
water
10 g
dry yeast
1 tsp
salt
3 tbsp
olive oil
300 g
For the filling:
6
sausages
3 tbsp
mayonnaise
2
tomatoes
3 tbsp
mustard
baby spinach

Preparation

For the hot dogs:

  • Put the flour into a bowl.
  • Stir in the yeast and salt.
  • Pour in the water and olive oil.
  • Knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Set aside, cover with a tea towel.
  • Rise the dough until it is doubled in size.
  • Heat the oven to 200°C.
  • Divide the dough into 6 equal-sized pieces on a flour-dusted surface and make the hot dog buns.
  • Let them rise for 15 minutes.
  • Bake the buns for approx. 10 minutes.

For the filling:

  • Add your favorite filling (suggestion in ingredient list) and enjoy!
