Hearty, golden brown fried meatballs with tasty spices, paprika, and Parmesan cheese – also excellent when eaten cold!

Ingredients

5 ounce
15 g (mild or strong, according to taste)
paprika powder
800 g
mixed minced meat
2
eggs
1 bunch
parsley
1
garlic clove
3 tb(sp)
Parmesan cheese, grated
(to taste)
salt and pepper
(for frying as needed)
oil

Preparation

  • In a tureen, mix together the ground meat with the salt, the pepper, the eggs, the bread crumbs, the chopped clove of garlic, the chopped parsley, the grated parmesan cheese, the paprika, the salt, and the pepper.
  • Knead everything together well with the hands and form large meat balls. In a frying pan, heat a sufficient amount of oil and fry the meatballs until golden yellow in colour.
  • Drain and dry on a kitchen towel. Delicious hot or cold.
