Enjoy it for breakfast or brunch on a lazy weekend morning. This recipe is super quick and easy to make, and you can even add your own twist to it with chocolate chips or peanut butter! The batter can also be frozen, so you can always do a little bit more and save it for later.

- Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together in a bowl. Add the egg, melted butter and milk.
- Whisk together until smooth. Add blueberries.
- Heat a little bit of butter in the pan and cook the pancakes on their first side for 2 minutes.
- Flip the pancakes over and cook for a further minute on the other side.
- Serve with berries and maple syrup.
