Whether it's a small gathering or a wild party…these pizza slices are quick and easy to make and are great for any occasion!

Ingredients

4 slices
4 ts(p)
unconcentrated tomato purée
2 ounces
mozzarella (diced)
1 ts(p)
oregano
salt and pepper
4 ts(p)
olive oil

Preparation

  • Spread each slice with 1 teaspoon pureed tomato, lay some mozzarella cubes on top, and season with a teaspoon olive oil, some salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Put the slices on a baking tray that has been covered with greaseproof paper (wax paper).
  • Heat up the oven to 350° F., place the pizza slices on the baking tray, and bake for 10 minutes.
