An inviting and delicious dessert, very easy to prepare!

Ingredients

milk
100 g
sugar

vanilla pod

egg yolks

Preparation

  • Bring the milk, sugar and vanilla pod to the boil.
  • In the meantime, beat the flour with the egg yolks and about two tablespoons of milk. Pour the hot milk over the beaten egg yolks and bring everything to a boil again.
  • As soon as the cream begins to thicken, remove the vanilla pod and let it cool.
