An easy and tasty recipe, with lots of lovely hazelnuts.  Fast and delicious. 

Ingredients

150 g
1 package
baking powder
100 g
sugar
1 package
vanilla sugar
100 ml
oil
100 g
ground hazelnuts
8
eggs
1 pinch/es of
salt
2 tbsp
icing sugar

Preparation

  • Separate the eggs. 
  • Add half  the sugar to the egg whites, then beat until stiff. 
  • Mix the remaining sugar, yolks, oil and salt until you have a thick and frothy mix. 
  • Add the yeast to the flour, then add this to the mix, along with the beaten egg whites and the hazelnuts.
  • With light movements, carefully mix using a whisk. 
  • Pour the mix into a greased spring base tin and cook in a preheated oven at  180C degrees (top and bottom heat, middle shelf) for 55-60 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove and leave to cool. Place on a serving dish and dust with icing sugar.
