Ingredients

coconut flakes
50 g
butter
70 g
sugar

egg white
1/2 package
baking powder
1 pinch/es of
salt

organic lemon

Preparation

  • Mix the soft butter, the sugar and two egg whites together in a bowl to form a smooth and frothy mixture.
  • Add the Schär Mix C, the flakes of coconut, the salt and the grated lemon peel and mix well.
  • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and add, together with the baking powder, to the mixture.
  • Pour into a greased and floured cake tin and bake in a preheated oven.
