Ingredients

200 g
600 g
apples
200 g
sugar

lemon

eggs
125 g
unsweetened yoghurt
1 package
baking powder
1 pinch/es of
salt
50 g
hazelnuts

Preparation

  • Peel the apples, slice them and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  • With a food processor, grind together sugar, hazelnuts and lemon zest.
  • Put the mixture into a bowl with the flour, eggs, salt, baking powder and yogurt.
  • Mix well. Pour half of the mixture into a buttered and floured cake tin and cover with a layer of apples.
  • Pour over the rest of the dough and finish off with apples.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 50 minutes.
