A delicious cake with the typical, sweet carrot aroma. Healthy and natural, everyone loves it!

Ingredients

carrots
250 g
peeled almonds

lemon

250 g
sugar
30 ml
rum
a little bit of
icing sugar

almonds

Preparation

  • In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the ground almonds, carrots, grated lemon peel, lemon juice and rum.
  • Finally, gently add the flour and the egg whites beaten until stiff.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan and put in the oven.
  • Before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with almonds.
