Place the Mix Pâtisserie flour in a bowl and mix in the sugar, chocolate chips, baking powder, oil, egg, milk, vanilla essence and salt.
Continue mixing until the batter becomes smooth and uniform.
Line a muffin tin with fluted muffin cases and fill them halfway with the mixture.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
