Gluten free bread made with fresh yoghurt: a delicious, quick and easy recipe for a fluffy and flavoursome loaf.
This gluten free yoghurt bread recipe is a great way to use up any natural yoghurt in your fridge. Although the bread it makes is so delicious, we bet you’ll start buying yoghurt specially to make it. It delivers a loaf that’s soft, light and spongy, as adding yoghurt to the dough makes for one of the fluffiest crumbs ever. Yoghurt also makes the loaf rise faster so you get to eat your bread sooner. Easily sliceable as well, it’s scrumptious slathered in jam or marmalade.
