lukewarm milk

margarine

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and knead well to obtain a smooth, dense mass.
  • Divide the dough into pieces of about 100g each, and shape them into bread rolls.
  • Place them on a baking sheet covered with oven parchment, cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until they double in size.
  • Bake in a preheated oven.
