You’d like a different bread from the usual? Try it with grated potatoes. You’ll be surprised!

Ingredients

500 g
250 g
boiled, peeled and puréed potatoes
50 g
margarine
1
egg
10 g
dry yeast

Preparation

  • If fresh yeast is used, dissolve the yeast in some water, put the flour in a mixing bowl, and add the dissolved yeast and the rest of the water, add in the potatoes, the margarine, and the egg, and work all of the ingredients into a smooth dough.
