Flaxseed bread

An oven-fresh delicacy with flaxseeds and anise.

Ingredients

500 g
40 g
margarine
500 ml
lukewarm water

fresh yeast
or
10 g
dry yeast
1 tbsp
sugar
1 pinch/es of
salt
40 g
flaxseeds
1 tsp
anise seeds

Preparation

  • Melt the margarine and dilute with the water. Add the yeast and mix together well.
  • Add in all of the other ingredients and mix together until a smooth mixture is formed.
  • Place the dough in a greased bread tin that has been coated with flour, cover with a damp cloth and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C. (350° F. / Gasmark 4) for 60 minutes.
