An invitation from France! A real temptation: the Madeleine.

Ingredients

80 g
150 g
butter
1 tbsp
wild honey
100 g
almond flour
200 g
icing sugar

egg white

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the butter and honey well and finally let it all dissolve over a low heat, until the mixture turns light brown.
  • Mix in the almond flour, icing sugar and flour.
  • Add the melted butter and unmounted egg whites.
  • Stir the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and put it in the special moulds.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 15 minutes.
