Ingredients

125 g
sugar

eggs
125 g
butter
100 ml
milk
2 tsp
baking powder
1 package
vanilla sugar
1 pinch/es of
salt
150 g
blueberries (or other fruits)

Preparation

  • Beat the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until the mixture is light and fluffy, then add the eggs and milk and mix well.
  • Add the flour mixed with baking powder by sieving it, mix everything together and finally add the blueberries.
  • Pour the batter into paper cups or ramekins, filling them halfway.
  • Place the cups on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 20-25 minutes.
