blueberries (or other fruits)
- Beat the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until the mixture is light and fluffy, then add the eggs and milk and mix well.
- Add the flour mixed with baking powder by sieving it, mix everything together and finally add the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into paper cups or ramekins, filling them halfway.
- Place the cups on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 20-25 minutes.
