Light, delicate and seductively delicious…! Crispy biscuits, subtle chocolate and a hint of almonds…simply divine!

Ingredients

dark chocolate

Preparation

  • Sieve the flour and place into a bowl with the potato starch, sugar, almonds, egg, salt and butter (cut into chunks).
  • Quickly mix all the ingredients together into a smooth dough.
  • Separate the dough into equally sized pieces and use them to form an even number of little balls.
  • Place these on a baking tray covered with baking parchment and bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C.
  • Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  • Dip the bottom of the “kisses” into the melted chocolate and then stick them to bottom of a second biscuit.
  • Leave to cool so that the two biscuits stick together well.
