Make the perfect Pancakes
Add to the mix: 2 eggs, 180 ml of milk. Optional: 20 g melted butter, 45 g sugar, 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract.
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine 130 g of the pancake mix with the eggs and milk. If desired, add the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Step 2
Allow the batter to rest briefly. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Melt a small knob of butter in the pan. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, forming a disc. Adjust the size of the pancakes according to your preference.
Step 4
Flip the pancakes when small bubbles appear on the surface. Cook until they are golden brown on both sides.
Pairings:
Serve your pancakes with a generous drizzle of maple syrup and a side of fresh fruit.
It's time for Waffles!
Add to the mix: 2 eggs, 45 g of sugar, 40 gr melted butter, 250 ml of milk. Optional: 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract.
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine 195 g of the waffle mix with the egg yolks, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until you achieve a well-blended batter.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter, mixing from bottom to top to maintain the airy texture.
Step 4
Preheat and grease the waffle maker. For each waffle, pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the waffle maker, gently spreading it out. Close the waffle maker and cook until the waffles are golden brown.
Pairings:
Serve your waffles with a dusting of icing sugar, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or a side of fresh fruit.
