- Put the flour and half a packet of baking powder into a bowl, then add the other dry ingredients (spices and sugar).
- In another bowl, add the milk and honey. After blending them, pour into the bowl with the flour.
- Whisk the mixture to get rid of any lumps.
- Finally, add the egg and whisk for a few seconds until the mixture has a smooth consistency.
- Grease a loaf tin tin with butter and pour in the mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Check the cake is done by sticking a skewer through the middle. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
- Garnish with cream and cinnamon sticks and enjoy!
