Preparation

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the fennel seeds and the cumin. Dissolve the yeast in the water and then pour it into the flour.
  • Mix everything well, then form small rolls or mini baguettes (about 80 g).
  • Place the dough balls on a baking try covered with baking paper and leave them to stand (covered) at room temperature for approx. 30 minutes (the dough must double the volume).
