Fluffy baked potatoes with mouthwatering topping is a great yet easy comfort food. What is your favorite topping?

Ingredients

4 large
potatoes
For the topping:
200 g
crème fraîche
150 g
ham
1
shallot
2 tbsp
Dijon mustard
to taste
salt
a little bit of
white wine vinegar
1 handful
parsley

Preparation

  • Wrap the potatoes with foil.
  • Bake in the oven for 90 minutes.
  • Mix all the topping ingredients together and let sit for half an hour.
  • Serve the baked potatoes with the topping.
