Pasta, thou shall curl!

So said the Maker, wielding his ladle. And as if by magic, the millet dough curled up into little intertwining pasta spirals.

And thus Fusilli were born - the most divine noodle, culinary idolized all over the world, today just as much as hundreds of years ago. They are always right: with pesto, "all'arrabbiata" or simply with olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Absolutely adorable.
