corn starch , water , sour dough (rice flour, water) 14% , rice starch , rice syrup , vegetable fibre (psyllium) , sunflower oil , millet flour 2,6% , soya protein , quinoa flour 1,7% , thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ; yeast , iodised salt (salt, potassium iodide) , honey . May also contain traces of lupin and sesame. . LACTOSE FREE .
