A humble recipe with very ancient origins that can be filled with any ingredient you can think of. From the most traditional fillings like arugula, arugula and squacquerone cheese to the most innovative ones like hummus, tofu or chicken salad, the result will always be super appetizing!

- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead by hand to form a smooth, consistent dough.
- Then separate into 120g pieces and shape into balls.
- Roll these out to a maximum thickness of 2 - 3 mm.
- Cook the flatbread in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat on each side for a maximum of 2 minutes.
- Fill the Piadine with whatever you like. Spread the filling on half of the bread, fold in half and warm each side again in the pan for 1 minute, to melt cheese, for example.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
