1 tsp
parsley, chopped

Preparation

  • Dilute the stock in water and bring to the boil.
  • Roll out the pancakes and slice thinly.
  • Pour the stock over the pancake slices and sprinkle with parsley or chives.
  • This soup is best served hot!
