A hearty meat broth with delicious thinly-sliced crêpes – the right dish for a stormy winter’s day!

Ingredients

pancakes

meat broth
1 tsp
parsley, chopped
or
chives
pinch/es of
nutmeg

Preparation

Dilute the stock in water and bring to the boil. Roll out the pancakes and slice thinly. Pour the stock over the pancake slices and sprinkle with parsley or chives. This soup is best served hot!
