Morning rush? Don’t worry, this smoothie can be ready in 5 minutes flat! Providing you with a great source of calcium, essential for maintaining healthy bones and particularly important for those following a gluten free diet.


2 Biscotto all'Avena
100 g strawberries
50 g raspberries
25 g blueberries
25 g blackberries
25 g banana
100 ml pomegranate juice
100 ml cranberry juice


  • Place the washed fruits, peeled banana and juice in the smoothie maker or blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Add yogurt and blend a further 15 seconds.
  • Divide between two glasses and serve.
