Bruschetta with pear, gorgonzola cream and walnuts

Pear and gorgonzola – match made in heaven.

Ingredients

4 slices Cereale del Mastro Panettiere / Flerkorn / Maestro Cereale
1 pear
50 g gorgonzola cheese
100 g crème fraîche
1 pinch/es of salt
to taste walnuts

Preparation

  • Set the oven to 200°.
  • Toast bread until crispy. Cut in half.
  • Mix crumbled gorgonzola and creme fraiche. Season with hint of salt.
  • Slice the pear.
  • Spread gorgonzola cream on the bread. Add sliced pear and crushed walnuts.
