High Fibre Falafel Sandwich

Crisp and fresh falafel sandwich with 10g of fibre!


2 slices Wholesome Vitality Loaf
2 balls sliced gluten free falafel
1 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
3 slices beetroot, cooked
3 slices cucumber
1 pinch/es of cumin
1 handful shredded iceberg lettuce


Mix together the mint, cumin and yogurt before spreading over both slices of bread.

Layer on the slices of falafel, followed by the beetroot, cucumber and lettuce.

Season with salt and black pepper if required
