Dear Sir or Madam
My wife previously baked my bread and buns with Juvella bread mix which is no longer available on prescription.
She has had two goes with Schar Mix it Universal. The loaf looks good when it goes into the oven and when it comes out but after cooling when it is cut (in the middle) there is a substantial air pocket / hole.
Can you advise what she should do to eliminate this hole?
The bread itself taste good but is spoilt by the hole.
