Made with 23% sourdough, carefully nurtured by our bakers — not for fashion, but for flavour, softness and freshness that lasts, naturally. Slowly fermented for 30 hours because all good things take time. 

Lightly dusted with flour for that final farmhouse touch.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened store in an airtight container. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before eating. Once defrosted use within 24 hours, do not refreeze.
