Are Schär products lactose-free?

Products labelled as “lactose-free” contain less than 0.1 g of lactose per 100 g of food, which is well within the legal threshold for lactose-free products.
You may also notice a value of 0.007 g lactose per 100 g referenced in some product information. This is a technical threshold required by law and reflects the detection limit of the analytical methods used to measure lactose.
As a result, our lactose-free products contain only trace amounts of lactose that fall below the legally defined limit for lactose-free foods.
